In this class, you’ll find out how and will uncover the secrets of meditation. You’ll find out how, where and when to meditate, and what experiences to expect in and out of You’ll have an experience of using a silent meditation technique, one that has been used for centuries as a vehicle to connect you with your own sense of creativity and inner peace. You don’t need any prerequisites to join this class - a 2 – 3 hour program. A new meditator, Sonja Haller who writes for the Arizona Republic knows what it’s like taking a time out for a time in. She says, “I'm amazed at how I open my eyes and find the windshield of my world appears Windexed after a 15-minute meditation.” She uses meditation to get rid of her migraines and to relax.
